Aber ich will mir kein vorläufiges Fazit erlauben. Aber 'Xavier' ist ein Jahrhundertsong.

Hierfür gilt eigentlich das Gleiche.

LISA O PIU "Behind The Bend"
Verträumter, sanfter Folk mit positiver Ader. "Child Of Trees": Anwärter auf Song des Jahres.

SONGS: OHIA "Lioness"
Bedächtig, minimaler Folk-"Rock" mit intensiver Stimme und zerbrechlicher Ehrlichkeit.

SONGS: OHIA "Ghost Tropic"
Weise gewählte Töne im Schleier schwülen Dschungeldampfes. Ungeschliffener Rohdiamant von betörender Schönheit und anziehendem Imperfektionismus.

SPIRAL ARCHITECT "A Sceptic's Universe"
Macht mir Angst.

Also, dass Brendan Perry Gott ist, verstehe ich. Und Lisa Gerrard ist auch irgendwie anstrengend. Aber dabei doch nicht weniger Gott. Ich empfehle daher dringendst die "Towards The Within" Live-CD, die diese Aussage genauso untermauert wie die "Rheingold" CD/DVD von Klaus Schulze & Lisa Gerrard.

Hierfür gilt eigentlich das Gleiche.

Natürlich ist Lisa eine fantastische Sängerin, das steht ausser Frage. Aber ich mag's dann doch insgesamt lieber bedächtig und betörend Aber nach wie vor: Ist ja noch alles Neuland für mich.
