Die Zahl der MOTÖRHEAD Compilations ist zwar bereits schon jetzt Legion, nicht zuletzt aufgrund einiger Labelwechsel und nachträglichen Rip-Offs, aber am 7. Oktober erscheint mit 'Stone Deaf Forever' auf Metal-Is/Sanctuary eine oberamtliche Zusammenstellung mit 99 Songs, verteilt auf fünf CD's, die mit Zustimmung der Band einen Querschnitt über die gesamte Karriere der Urviecher von 1975 bis 2002 bietet.

Die Zusammenstellung der Songs wurde von der Band selbst vorgenommen, unterstützt von ihrem Fanclub. Unter den Klassikern befinden sich auch 19 bisher unveröffentlichte Songs (*).
