In anderen Threads wird ja darüber diskutiert, wie viele 10er RUSH oder THRESHOLD veröffentlicht haben. Da dachte ich mir: Was sind eigentlich die 10er Alben in meiner Sammlung?
Hier also eine kurze Auflistung - der hart rockenden 10er (dass ich da noch ein paar Pop-Alben sehe dürfte allen klar sein).

Wichtig - ich habe nur Alben aufgenommen, denen ich ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken sofort eine 10 geben würde. Wackel-Kandidaten sind ausgespart.
Das heißt: Da fehlt sicher auch manches, was ich mit einer 10 nach unserem System so rezensiert hatte. Das ist für mich ok. Auch Noten sind ja letztlich Momentaufnahmen.

Ach ja: Sollten wir solch einen Thread schon haben, habe ich ihn auf die Schnelle über die Suche nicht gefunden. In 12 Jahren Forum darf aber auch mal was noch mal erscheinen, finde ich jedenfalls, im Zweifelsfall

Mir ist so, als wäre eine 10,0, die ich in der ersten Jahreshälfte für ein Review gezückt habe, in der Nachbetrachtung eher eine 9,0. Einige Alben sind extrem knapp an der 10,0 vorbei (z.B. das Debüt von MAIDEN). Ich stelle fest, dass die Liste nicht besonders lang ist.

Hach ja, keine dieser Listen ist völlig neu (gedanklich), aber jede davon hat mir viel Freude bereitet. Da kommt man immer auf Sachen, die man auch noch antesten will

Ich hab' meine Liste eben aus dem Kopf heraus geschrieben, sodass sicherlich Scheiben fehlen, Beim Drüberschauen fällt auf, dass sich etliche Scheiben meiner Top 100 hier nicht wiederfinden, was belegt, dass diese Listen allesamt sehr subjektiv sind. Allerdings sind die Vorzeichen beim Erstellen rein gedanklich für mich auch etwas anders.

Auf einer Top 100 Liste stehen Alben, die ich mit auf eine meine Insel nehmen möchte. Die werden bei "objektiver" Bezifferung zwar allesamt auch im Bereich 9+ liegen, müssen aber eben nicht in das hier überschriftete Kriterium fallen.

Außerdem fällt mir auf, dass ich oftmals gedanklich der Problematik verfalle, dass ich Alben einer Band, die ein 10er-Album in ihrer Diskographie hat, allesamt an eben jenem Album messe. Habe ich ein klares Lieblingsalbum, haben andere Scheiben der Band es schwerer auch eine 10 zu kassieren.

Mir fällt ja dieses Notenthema mit zunehmendem Alter immer noch schwerer, da ich mich stets geweigert habe, in diesen ominösen 10 Punkten mehr sehen zu wollen als in der Schulnote "sehr gut", und am Ende bin ich der Meinung, dass eigentlich nahezu jedes klassische, stilprägende Werk des Genres "sehr gut" ist, oft sogar dann, wenn es mir selber gar nicht so sehr zusagt. Und bei unseren rein subjektiv definierten Noten kann ich halt nicht anders als jeder Cirith Ungol, und zumindest den ersten acht Manowar-Scheiben eine 10 zu geben, weil die so sehr meine musikalische DNA sind, dass da einfach nichts dran vorbei geht. Also egal, ob ich völlig subjektiv, oder ob ich eher objektivierend an die Sache heran gehe: Die Liste wäre sicherlich vierstellig, und das ist mir zu viel Arbeit, und ich will euch das auch nicht zumuten.
