I was a bit confused about the seeker's reaction, thinking he might know more than I do. So please rest assured, that anyone who doesn't speak German too well oder at all, is invited and absolutely welcome to share his thoughts and news in English here. Most people will be able to understand the larger part of it, and if they don't, there will be someone able to help with a translation.

I had a moment when things fit just fine and was able to put down 3 new song text to paper today.
I start out with titles and let it just bounce around in my head awhile and when it happens I let it flow. I hope to be able to record this next tune soon we live over 40 minutes from one another.
The basic plan is to have two segments of songs a part 1 and two if you will. Each with intros and outros and each with appox, 3 songs and no song under 5-6 minutes.Well wish all a rocking week people be carefull out there
Peace

I am sorry to say no we seperated on the 20th of nov 2010. only thing left is a myspace page
http://www.myspace.com/ignoranceweb/blog and I put up a youtube page with a few videos I had left. I asked Marcel to leave the myspace online so atleast people can stop by and found out about us. It took me awhile to get over the loss this was my baby all the way. We had only 3 songs to finish and then we could have done our 3rd Cd. But the Band was dragging its feet, it seems everyone had some problem but no one was talking; atleast not to me. I am not a dictator; we always said if the mass of the band likes something and it is good then it is okay. What I am trying to say is there was total freedom in the song writting area and what ever influenced you was allowed.
Anyway that is the past these songs will probally never be recorded but it is nice to be remembered. @ thanks firestarter
Rise of the Monolith is totally different. Thommy and Marcello already had the name, songs and idea working and offered me the slot as singer. This is a Band I am a part of but not the one leading it. We differ some as I am having fun, they hope for some success. Honestly Doom is the smallest of all Metal Genres and not all will like what we are doing from this comunnity. I also do not expect to play 100 of gigs every year and I know from the past a thing or two.
Fans support the most something that is not new no it is just re-nade under a new name. And in this bussiness I know people support Bands from country X rather than the guys just down the street.
Like I have written I am having fun this is the most important part. And it is a mental challenge to write lyrics for a already exsisting concept from a 3rd party which is based on a classic film.
The challenge to make song one will like . And they also tell segments of the story from my view.
If one has never seen the film and is not a fan of it and still like it cool. I one is a fan of the film but hates the songs okay. If one liked both how cool would that be.
I must say I have gotten more responce here than I had expected . I have always been a fan of Powermetal and I am happy to say Georg and Ulrike are friends although since they moved away we dont see each other as often. But I thought I would give this a try and I am happy I did.
Please feel free to ask me any and all questions you might have what ever the question may be.I love to talk and will answer honestly just about anything.
well off to a new week peope
lets rock

The last few weeks have been one of sickness between us one of us was always ot able to get togather because of this flu. I myself still have a stopped up head and all but it is finally getting better. For a few days Marcel wrote me he is ready to record the next Demo song and we need tp do it before he gets operated on, he has a what Marcel has is a growth at the area where the wrist and forearm come togather. This is more a cyst, it is not cancerous, thank God. Anyway after 48 hours on the new meds the swelling is down and his is able to play again. He even wants to go back to work today. We recorded a new song SCREAM and he will now do a home mix and some Bass lines etc so hopefully soon we can let you all hear the next tune. Then we sat down and wrote a draft for the next two songs . I hope in two weeks time to record atleast one more song.
I was only able to sing one song today, I have not been truely sick but also not been really fit the last three weeks and it took me two hours to work out the flow on this new song. Marcel and I would much rather have a full Band and work things out naturally but instead of waiting forever for that to happen, we have choosen this path it keeps us busy. Marcel by the way is not at all happy with the overall sound, he says its okay for a Demo but it is miles away from what he wants and more than likely we will need to record in a Studio. He is a perfectionist and knows what he wants he listens to a new song from us for up to 1-3 days until he finds something he dont like then he changes it ,if he finds nothing then it is okay
I too am so happy he is doing better and we the two of us are also using this time to truely get to know one another and are having fun writing music so that it for now we have not been lazy just unable so stay tuned if you liked the first song you will love this one
