Tut sich ja doch so langsam was....

10 April 2015 – Symphony X is happy to report that the mixing and mastering of our new cd is complete! The process was handled by Jens Bogren, who also did our last two cds, and who did an amazing job as always.
As for the artwork, we turned once again to Warren Flanagan. Warren has worked on our last two cds as well, and can also be relied upon for amazing work.
We will be wrapping up the booklet layout and finalizing things over the next couple of weeks. The band is really excited about this one, and we anxiously look forward to getting it out there to everyone.

Klingt schon mal sehr geil. Ich bin ja schon gespannt wie sich das Album anhören wird.

Erinnert halt sehr an das Debüt. Ich find es irgendwie cool. Geht halt wieder weg vom neuerlichen "Maschinen-Sci-Fi-Image" der letzten beiden Alben.
Schätze mal, dass die Musik auch etwas unmechanischer wird. Mal sehn.

Habe mir nun doch mal den neuen Song "Nevermore" angehört.
Kickt mich ziemlich...Vorfreude steigt weiter an...!!!
...und gerade läuft die "Mythology Suite" von 2000..Mann...fettt!
Absolutes Must Have für Fans der Band und insbesondere der "The Divine Wings...".

Nachdem ich heute die Pressemitteilung auf der nuclear blast Seite gelesen habe, bin ich mehr als gespannt auf diese Scheibe. Das Konzept (obwohl es kein wirkliches Konzeptalbum ist) spricht mich schon sehr an. Werde das Album höchstwahrscheinlich heute abend vorbestellen.
